Our goal is to serve you to the best of our abilities! We also strive to provide an amazing work environment and career for our stylists. In order to do this, we have policies listed here that we believe will best serve you as well as keep our stylists and their careers in tact. 

Please read and become familiar with these policies prior to your visit to our salon. We look forward to seeing you!

Our stylists are licensed professionals and we train them regularly introducing new techniques and services. We also require all of our stylist and employees to take at least two continuing education classes per year, though they almost always take more. Our services are performed to the best of our abilities and knowledge. We regularly consult each other to create the best color, cut or chemical formula possible. Some things cannot be foreseen and a lot of our efforts depend on hair history and condition. We guarantee our work and support our stylists.
 

Colors & Services

Refunds & Fixes

We generally do not offer refunds for our services. Services take time and product that costs money. We are confident in our skills and our consultations with our clients. If we are not confident that we can offer a service as desired and produce a result that is pleasing to you, we may opt to defer the service to another time in which both stylist and client can feel confident about the plan and outcome. We do this to ensure your happiness with our services. 

In the rare occasion that a color is not what we prescribed or was not performed correctly, we may offer a refund or a fix at our discretion. 

Gift cards are Non-Refundable.

Late or No Show

Our stylists time is valuable and so is the clients. We have a 5 minute late policy for hair cuts and a 15 minute policy for chemical services. If a client is sufficiently late, we are unable to perform the service(s). A fee of 50% of the service or $20/hour will apply. If a client so-shows more than three times within a 6 month period, we reserve the right to refuse service.
If a client does not show up or misses their appointment, the same fee will apply. 
We do this in order to accommodate as many clients as possible and to provide them with the best service imaginable. 

Your stylist may be running behind for your appointment. We will do our best to notify you if we are behind. We ask of you the same courtesy you would show other service providers. Patience while we attempt to take care of every guest's needs.

Cancellations

Our stylists time is valuable and so is the clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact your stylist or text the salon at 435-621-7427 and let us know as soon as possible. Please note that the closer it comes to your appointment, the harder it is for us to fill that spot. We ask that you provide at minimum 24 hours before your appointment. If you must cancel within this window, a cancellation fee may be applied to your profile of half the service fee or $20/hour. We appreciate your business and we hope to be able to accommodate your schedules in the best way that we can!
